What do I do if I wanted to return a product?
Please contact us first before any returns to not only notify us about your intent to return your product but for us to also understand the rationale for your return.
How soon do I need to contact you with intent to return my product?
We must receive your communication within 3 days of delivery of package.
Are there restrictions for returning products?
We will only consider returns for timepieces that have been misrepresented from the item description on our product page.
Are all your posted time pieces authentic?
Yes. All our timepieces are authentic. When we receive them on hand, we inspect and authenticate as part of our process before ever shipping out a timepiece to our customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Wire Transfer
Zelle (if your Bank uses this method)
Credit / Debit Cards (additional fees to your final price may apply)
Other offfline payment methods
What if I'm a customer from California?
All purchases from Illinois residents will be subject to cook county Illinois tax.
How soon will I typically receive my package?
We ship via Fedex Priority Overnight, fully insured. Adult signature will be required for pickup.
Why do I typically have to pick up my package at a nearest FedEx Center?
We are aware of the growing trend of Package Thefts or “Porch Pirates,” thus in order to further protect our customers from unnecessarily dealing with the heartache of having your timepiece that you’ve been waiting for unwillingly taken, we will automatically put a hold on your package at your nearest FedEx Center location to ensure utmost success and security of your package delivery. This may be an inconvenience to some, but we feel it’s the safest guarantee for your treasured timepiece to find its way in your hands.
How do I track my package?
Customers will always be sent a Fedex Tracking link upon package drop off.
